Summary: Seeking a Senior Process Mechanical Engineer with 20 years of industrial process design and piping engineering experience, holding a BS in Mechanical Engineering and PE License, to lead projects in various manufacturing sectors.

Requirements:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering
  • PE License
  • 20 years of industrial process design and piping engineering experience
  • Expert understanding of codes/standards (ASME, API, AWS, NFPA, ISA, IBC)
  • Willingness to travel

Preferred Skills:

  • Licensed in multiple states
  • Experience with consulting firms or owner organizations in various industries

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize initial process design for large industrial projects
  • Develop Block Flow Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams, and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams
  • Prepare for and participate in Process Hazards Analysis
  • Lead the production of three-dimensional piping models and pipe stress analyses
  • Conduct research to solve complex engineering problems
  • Prepare engineering reports and specifications for industrial projects
  • Contribute to proposal development and client presentations
  • Supervise project design/installation progress and coordinate with officials and agencies


Pay Details: $135,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
