CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer
Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer/CNC Programmer to optimize manufacturing methods through CNC programming and collaborate on capital projects.
Requirements:
- 2-year technical degree in CNC programming/machining or equivalent experience.
- 5 years' experience with CAM Programming software (GibbsCAM, Mastercam, etc.).
- Experience in metal fabrication production environments.
- Strong CNC machining background.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD 2D.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience specifically with GibbsCAM and ProNest.
- Hands-on experience with CNC Machining, Lathes, Plasma Cutting Tables.
Responsibilities:
- Generate CAM programs for CNC Mills, Lathes, and Plasma Cutting Tables.
- Develop strategies for upgrading assets or procuring new technologies.
- Lead operations team on technical machining issues.
- Drive continuous improvements in metal fabrication operations.
- Provide technical recommendations on manufacturing techniques.
Pay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
