Summary: Seeking a High Voltage Substation Engineer/Designer with extensive experience in substation design and detailed knowledge of NEC and NESC code requirements.

  • Requirements:

    • Detailed knowledge of NEC and NESC code requirements
    • 5-10 years of experience in high voltage electric substation design
    • Experience in the utility industry

  • Preferred Skills:

    • BSEE degree
    • PE License

  • Responsibilities:

    • Plan, organize, and supervise engineering staff
    • Perform detailed design of high voltage substations including layout, grounding, and protection schematics
    • Prepare calculations for faults, grounding, lightning protection, and transformer sizing
    • Develop project specifications for materials and construction requirements
    • Provide design support for electrical power supply elements in street lighting and traffic signal designs


Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
