Summary: Seeking a Mechanical Engineer with expertise in refrigeration products and regulatory compliance for product design and certification.

  • Requirements:

    • BS in Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry
    • 2+ years experience with refrigeration products
    • Experience with regulations and certification of refrigeration appliances including CE, UL, IEC, RoHS, REACH, Prop65, FCC/EMC
    • Experience in troubleshooting and design of refrigerated products

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Exposure to UL & IEC Appliance product standards
    • Familiarity with DOE and EnergyStar testing/requirements
    • Knowledge of FCC/EMC standards and testing

  • Responsibilities:

    • Interact with regulatory agencies and facilitate product certification processes
    • Plan and oversee product testing procedures for safety compliance
    • Collaborate with design teams to integrate safety features into products
    • Maintain technical documentation for CE compliance
    • Provide guidance on technical requirements as per standard/country regulations


Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
