Manufacturing Technician

Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Technician skilled in fiber optic termination and prototype product support for efficient manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient dexterity and motor skills for intricate work

Preferred Skills:

• 2 years experience in a fiber optic manufacturing environment
• Soldering and PCBA assembly skills

Responsibilities:

• Terminate standard and new fiber optic termini designs
• Support prototype, test product, and pre-release NPI builds
• Operate equipment safely; identify issues and clear faults
• Assist in estimating process step durations and setting up new processes
• Suggest process changes for improved efficiencies
• Use of fiber optic and electronic test equipment

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
