Summary: Seeking an Electrical Engineer P.E. to design and manage lighting and power systems projects in commercial and industrial facilities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in designing commercial, office, retail, or industrial facility projects
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD / AutoCAD MEP
  • Good working knowledge of industry standards, practices, and codes
  • Ability to direct a team of designers and support personnel
  • Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering

Preferred Skills:

  • NCEES registration or ability to acquire within 6 months
  • Experience with MS Office

Responsibilities:

  • Design lighting and power systems for new construction and renovations
  • Create plans, schematics, calculations, equipment selections, systems narratives, and specifications
  • Detail panel schedules, one-line diagrams, risers, and lighting fixture schedules
  • Perform quality control reviews of drawings
  • Conduct field investigations and construction administration
  • Represent the company at meetings with owners/architects/contractors
  • Mentor and direct a team of designers and support personnel


Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
