Service Contract Administrator

Summary: Seeking a Service Contract Administrator with strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft products for managing service contracts and customer interactions.

• Job Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and customer service skills
  • Proficient with MS Outlook, Planner, Word, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
  • General computer proficiency

• Preferred Skills:

  • Data analytics experience

• Job Responsibilities:

  • Register service contracts and administer credits
  • Work with dealers and customers to find optimal coverage solutions
  • Handle data entry tasks ensuring quality and quantity of work

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
