Manufacturing Engineer

Summary: Seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Engineer to support production with tooling and process improvements for efficient order completion.

• Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing methods, particularly welding and finishing of light-gauge steel.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and basic Microsoft Office.

• Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with tool design and industrial engineering.

• Responsibilities:

  • Refine assembly processes to meet departmental goals.
  • Define, document, and implement process changes to enhance quality, cost, and lead time.
  • Train employees in manufacturing operations methods.
  • Purchase and maintain fabrication equipment.
  • Design fixtures and gauges for fabrication needs.
  • Process engineering change orders (ECOs) for fabrication.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $33.00 per hour
