Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with aerospace industry experience to drive process improvements and support production teams in a precision machined components company.

  • Job Requirements:

    • Aerospace industry experience
    • Ability to read, write, and speak English
    • Root Cause Analysis expertise
    • Process/Continuous Improvements knowledge
    • Troubleshooting skills
    • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

  • Preferred Skills:

    • SolidWorks proficiency
    • Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., Job Boss 2)
    • CNC machining and Mastercam experience is a plus
    • Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 standards

  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Drive and support process improvement in Engineering, Production, and Quality departments
    • Create models and operation sheets using SolidWorks software
    • Develop and maintain CNC programs with Mastercam software
    • Perform contract reviews for orders and manage purchase orders/change orders
    • Create routers/job traveler packs to meet customer requirements
    • Provide technical assistance to production and quality teams
    • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste


Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
