Summary: Seeking a Project Manager with expertise in capital equipment projects, customer service, and proficiency in MS Office tools.

  • Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience with capital equipment projects
    • Strong customer interface/service experience
    • Proficient with MS Office tools
    • Ability to travel up to 25%

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with MS Project
    • BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering
    • PMP Certification
    • Autodesk CAD products experience
    • Knowledge of vibratory equipment & foundry/mining/recycling industries

  • Responsibilities:

    • Manage customer orders from receipt to completion
    • Ensure project timelines are met and develop change orders as needed
    • Coordinate supplier management and secure pricing for bids
    • Develop roster of suppliers and contractors for GK Systems
    • Travel to job sites for system installation and start-up representation
    • Serve as liaison during "Project with Issues" meetings
    • Track project performance against goals and maintain communication with departments
    • Assist in developing best practices, policies, and procedures
    • Track budgetary objectives and adjust constraints based on financial analysis


Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
