HR Generalist
Summary: Seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage recruitment, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with HR regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR functions including recruitment and onboarding
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Administer employee benefits programs and open enrollment
- Conduct performance evaluations and address performance issues
- Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR regulations
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate compensation calculations
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
