Electrical Engineer
Summary: Seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to manage electrical design and automation for large capital projects in an industrial plant environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience
- Minimum 4 years of engineering experience
- Proficiency with electrical design standards and CAD design tools
- Experience with Rockwell PLC programming standards, including GRAFCET, Ladder Logic, and Structured Text
- Knowledge of Variable Frequency drives and Motion Control technologies
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Siemens, Avtron, and Rockwell systems
- Familiarity with HMI PanelView and FactoryTalkView ME Studio
- Understanding of controls systems network interfaces and communication protocols (Data-Highway +, ControlNet, Ethernet)
- Project team leadership or project management experience
- Vision system configuration knowledge (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed electrical design and automation programming for projects
- Estimate costs and create technical schedules for process equipment projects
- Support plant maintenance teams with new automation systems
- Coordinate engineering deliverables from all project team contributors
Pay Details: $55.00 to $65.00 per hour
