Summary: Seeking a Global Manufacturing Engineer to support product development and process automation in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience with 3D CAD software; SolidWorks preferred
  • Ability to travel globally (5-25%)

  • Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of equipment/process analysis, design, and troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

  • Support product initiatives as a manufacturing representative
  • Develop lean and innovative manufacturing processes
  • Design-for-automation for cost reduction post-launch
  • Manage automation projects from concept to production
  • Develop and maintain process standards and documentation
  • Assist with cost reduction through design and process optimization
  • Research feasibility of new production technologies
  • Facilitate best practice knowledge transfer
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental systems


Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
