Director of IT
Summary: Seeking a Director of IT to oversee and enhance IT infrastructure, manage systems, and lead a team in driving technology initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in IT management or related role.
- Strong technical skills in network administration, server administration, and security.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in IT management or related field (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA).
- Experience with manufacturing or industrial environments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage on-premise and cloud-based servers and network infrastructure.
- Oversee data storage solutions and ensure system security.
- Support ERP (Syteline) and CRM (Infor) systems; manage hosted applications.
- Lead desktop support services and provide technical support to end-users.
- Lead the IT team through hiring, training, and project assignment.
- Plan and execute IT projects; manage timelines and budgets.
- Handle vendor relationships; negotiate contracts and service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations; conduct security audits.
Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
