Summary: Seeking a Project Manager with construction industry experience to manage projects involving metal panels and facades for buildings.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years construction industry experience
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
  • Understanding of construction concepts and order of operations
  • CAD experience, wall cladding design or installation experience desired

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend scope and hand-off meetings
  • Manage all customer communications regarding the project
  • Set and maintain project schedules, identifying milestones
  • Break down releases and shipments as needed
  • Identify required materials and suppliers for projects
  • Review and replenish program stock inventories
  • Secure pricing for large ticket items
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, coordinating submittals
  • Review shop drawings and coordinate revisions
  • Monitor material arrival, coordinate field dimensions, generate work orders
  • Manage production release schedules, create production booking forms
  • Submit change orders, maintain projects in the company database
  • Coordinate remakes with Programming, submit billable values to Accounting


Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
