Summary:
Responsible for processing invoices through the SAP system, managing operational information flow, and ensuring accuracy in inter-company transactions.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SAP for invoice processing
  • Strong attention to detail for data accuracy in invoice handling
  • Ability to identify and resolve invoicing anomalies to ensure timely payments
  • Familiarity with inter-company goods receipting processes

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with inter-company transactions and reporting
  • Familiarity with managing internal and external customer communications
  • Knowledge of operational tools and workflows

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage invoices through the SAP system
  • Ensure accurate goods receipting for all inter-company transactions
  • Manage and distribute operational information between internal and external customers
  • Collaborate with team members and management in-office to maintain workflow efficiency


Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
