Summary: Seeking Transmission Line Engineers to perform engineering work focused on transmission line design, including both civil and electrical practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in transmission line design
  • Licensed professional engineer or ability to gain license within one year of hire
  • Proficient in engineering application software, particularly PLS-CADD
  • Extensive knowledge of engineering standards like NESC, IEEE, ASCE, ACI, and ANSI

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience preparing cost-effective designs in an EPC environment
  • Understanding of substation structures and site development issues

Responsibilities:

  • Generate cost-effective designs for high voltage electrical transmission lines
  • Represent the Engineering department in inter-department meetings
  • Support Sales department by attending customer meetings as needed
  • Monitor team progress to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
  • Perform independent transmission line engineering work


Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
