Summary: Seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in supervising shop floor hourly wage employees in an industrial/manufacturing or warehouse setting.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience supervising shop floor hourly wage employees in an industrial/manufacturing or warehouse setting

  • Strong leadership and people skills

  • Comfortable leading hourly employees and working in a factory environment

  • Strong MS Office experience including Excel

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in a union environment

  • 4-year degree in any field preferred but not required with relevant prior work experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, schedule, and provide leadership to hourly wage employees on non-routine and self-directed tasks to meet safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency objectives

  • Monitor individual/group performance and take corrective action including discipline

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $34.00 to $36.00 per hour
