Summary: Seeking a Training Coordinator to support the John Deere Training Center with administrative tasks, email management, and training coordination.

Requirements:

  • Administrative support experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks

  • Proficient with MS Office and MS Excel

Preferred Skills:

  • 4-year degree (beneficial but not required)

  • Prior dealership experience or knowledge of agriculture/heavy equipment

Responsibilities:

  • Support dealer needs related to employee learning development within John Deere University (JDU)

  • Manage a JDU Support shared mailbox, delegating and responding to emails

  • Lead scheduling and closing classes for the global Construction & Forestry training organization

  • Load/manage items requested by internal training group; manage JDU item & offering pricing globally

  • Perform audits and provide administrative support to dealer personnel and dealer training managers

  • Collaborate with enterprise training coordinators for process alignment and system management

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
