Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage in-house payroll processes and ensure compliance with payroll regulations and tax withholding laws.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in payroll processing, time and attendance, or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
  • Proficiency in payroll/timekeeping software systems
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, payroll tax withholding laws, and related practices
  • Accurate data entry and strong math skills
  • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage in-house payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues within strict time frames
  • Prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders


Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
