Summary: Seeking a Repair Advocate Associate Lead with expertise in diesel engine repair and customer service to manage dealer and customer communications, ensuring efficient repair processes and minimized downtime.

Job Requirements:

  • Diesel Engine and Customer Service experience

  • Diesel/Automotive Technical and Diagnostic experience (desired)

  • Associates degree with 3+ years of technical truck/automotive and direct customer service experience or 5+ years without a degree (desired)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Presentation skills/public speaking

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced troubleshooting capabilities

  • Ability to manage high volumes of communication efficiently

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact between dealer service departments and customers during breakdowns

  • Manage interactions to expedite repairs and reduce downtime

  • Monitor all communications regarding specific repairs, keeping customers informed about status and timelines

  • Escalate issues to dealer or management when repair expectations are not met

  • Complete tasks independently with limited supervision, providing guidance to less experienced colleagues

 

 Pay: 20-23

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
