Provide SAP-related support to a prototype shop, handling invoicing, receiving transactions, and maintaining communication with suppliers.

Job Requirements:

  • SAP knowledge and experience with invoicing/receiving transactions
  • Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Experience in supplier communication and issue resolution
  • Willingness to learn internal systems and applications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoicing and receiving transactions within SAP
  • Maintain supplier communication, resolve issues, and request updates
  • Utilize Excel for data tracking and Outlook for communication
  • Organize and follow up on tasks to support prototype shop operations
  • Learn and use internal applications to complete job duties efficiently


Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
