Materials Planner
Summary: Seeking a Materials Planner with experience in shop order planning, purchasing, and production cycle management.
Job Requirements:
2+ years of shop order planning & purchasing experience
Strong general computer skills (MS Office tools)
Strong troubleshooting & problem solving skills
Availability to work Mon-Thurs (5:30 AM-4 PM) and occasional OT on Fridays
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Technical field
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of material through the production cycle
Determine material requirements from engineering and production schedules
Coordinate efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production, and engineering teams
Develop specifications for new contract orders
Input and maintain procurement business system data integrity
Create and maintain bills of material and parts/commodities numbers in supply chain management systems
Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
