Service Technician

Summary: Seeking a Service Technician with expertise in equipment troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of experience in equipment troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repair

• Strong mechanical skills/aptitude

• Proficiency with hand & power tools

• Ability to lift 50lbs; perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (less than 10%)

• Eligible for and willing to obtain a valid passport

• Valid driver's license with verifiable driving record

• Ability to pass drug test & background check (no felonies on record)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with assembly or repair of hydraulic cylinders

• Military Veterans

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment both in-house and at customer locations

• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment both in-house and at customer locations

• Provide customer service both on the phone and in person

• Train customers on proper mechanical operation of products

• Observe setup and installation of equipment at customer locations

• Prepare and maintain written reports and records

• Comply with OSHA safety rules; wear job-site specific personal protective equipment.

• Ensure understanding of Quality and Procedures Manuals for ISO 9001 compliance.

• Participate in mandatory training and continuing education to maintain compliance.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
