Service Technician
Summary: Seeking a Service Technician with expertise in equipment troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in equipment troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repair
Strong mechanical skills/aptitude
Proficiency with hand & power tools
Ability to lift 50lbs; perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (less than 10%)
Eligible for and willing to obtain a valid passport
Valid driver's license with verifiable driving record
Ability to pass drug test & background check (no felonies on record)
Preferred Skills:
Experience with assembly or repair of hydraulic cylinders

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment both in-house and at customer locations
Perform inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment both in-house and at customer locations
Provide customer service both on the phone and in person
Train customers on proper mechanical operation of products
Observe setup and installation of equipment at customer locations
Prepare and maintain written reports and records
Comply with OSHA safety rules; wear job-site specific personal protective equipment.
Ensure understanding of Quality and Procedures Manuals for ISO 9001 compliance.
Participate in mandatory training and continuing education to maintain compliance.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
