Summary: Seeking a Mechanical/NPD Engineer with expertise in designing mobile track equipment and proficiency in Inventor & Solidworks for a long-term contract role.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • Minimum of 5 years of design experience

  • Proficient in Inventor & Solidworks (version 2020 or newer)

  • Experience designing non-metallic thermal panels and thermoforming

  • Experience with mobile and/or agricultural equipment design

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles

Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and execute the Product Design and Development (PDD) process

  • Participate in product design meetings including material selection, 3D CAD models, and detailed 2D drawings

  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams from concept to production

  • Conduct design for manufacture assessments to ensure final design supports manufacturing requirements

  • Develop design concepts to meet cost objectives; interface with vendors and suppliers to approve components

  • Administer design history and maintain proper engineering document control processes



Pay Details: $40.00 to $55.00 per hour
