Summary: Seeking a Computer Support Specialist to manage hardware setups, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Job Requirements:

    • 1 year or more IT technical experience

    • Experience with hardware/new user setup

    • Customer service experience

    • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with break-fix for hardware/software

  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Imaging computers and setting up laptops for remote workers

    • Replacing printer toner and disposing of outdated assets

    • Resolving trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues



Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
