Summary: Seeking a Telecommunications Engineer IV with expertise in Cisco IP telephony solutions to architect, implement, and manage VOIP infrastructure.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

  • Cisco CCNA certificate.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience.

  • Experience with Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity, Cisco Voice Gateways, SIP Trunking.

  • Expert knowledge of Cisco IP telephony solutions.

  • Experience with design/maintenance of VOIP architecture and installation of VOIP hardware.

  • Troubleshooting voice issues.

  • Experience with Cisco ATA.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking and its impact on VOIP.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement VOIP infrastructure.

  • Ongoing management of the VOIP systems.

  • Provide support to end users/customers.

  • Solve complex problems related to telecommunications.



Pay Details: $54.00 to $72.00 per hour
