Summary: Seeking a Mechanical Engineer with a PE license and extensive experience in structural engineering for industrial facilities.

Job Requirements:

  • BS in Engineering

  • PE license in Nebraska or state with reciprocity

  • 10-15 years of experience in structural engineering

  • Experience with heavy industrial products (steel, concrete, metal structures)

  • Open to supporting business development

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in ag plants, biofuel plants, food and beverage facilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand project technical requirements and assess engineering efforts

  • Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering methods for facility design/modification

  • Guide designers in 3D modeling for safe and effective models

  • Provide material take-offs and assist in estimating project feasibility

  • Cultivate relationships with customers through impeccable service and responsiveness

  • Assist with business development to generate new customer opportunities

  • Provide value engineering in designs to support industry growth



Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
