Summary: Seeking a Safety Coordinator with experience in warehousing or manufacturing environments to develop and implement safety training and protocols.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in a warehousing or manufacturing environment with a strong safety background.

  • Experience developing and providing safety training.

  • 4-year EHS/OHS degree or equivalent strong manufacturing safety experience.

  • CSP accreditation preferred.

  • 1-2+ years relevant work experience (no recent graduates).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with occupational safety including OSHA ten-hour card or thirty-hour certifications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Spend 50% of the shift on the warehouse floor making safety observations, conducting incident investigations, interviewing employees, and training on safety procedures.

  • Conduct incident investigations and ergonomic reviews; assist in determining effective corrective actions.

  • Develop, direct, and potentially conduct safety presentations and training sessions.

  • Develop recommendations for health and safety processes.

  • Coordinate safety audits and risk assessments to identify noncompliance.



Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
