Summary: Seeking a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in industrial projects, including plant and equipment layout, mechanical design, and client-facing roles.

Job Requirements:

  • BS in Engineering

  • PE license in Nebraska

  • 10-15 years of relevant experience

  • Experience with industrial projects: heat exchangers, pumps, valves, P&IDs, tanks, piping

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in life safety systems, HVAC systems, plumbing, piping, gas and fire sprinkler systems

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform plant and equipment layout

  • Conduct in-house mechanical design for capital expansion projects and renovations

  • Handle client-facing responsibilities alongside design tasks

  • Focus on heavy industrial facilities such as food plants, chemical plants, mining operations, and grain processing facilities

  • Manage the design process including piping design, equipment selection/layout, material lists from cradle to grave



Pay Details: $33.00 to $58.00 per hour
