Summary: Seeking a Systems Engineer to implement and maintain airport IT software and hardware solutions, ensuring 24/7 operation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Server O/S and VMWare ESXi

  • Hands-on experience with PC hardware installation and support

  • Customer service experience

Preferred Skills:

  • MCSE, VMWare, and Cisco Certification

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain airport IT systems

  • Establish, modify, and monitor systems for workflow efficiency

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation

  • Provide technical advice to resolve issues within predefined time constraints

  • Monitor systems daily for continuous operation

  • Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure support levels are maintained

  • Ensure effective delivery of support services

  • Participate in a rotating schedule for 24/7 customer support



Pay Details: $40.00 to $47.00 per hour
