Summary: Seeking an Operations Manager with expertise in coil coating to oversee manufacturing efficiencies, product quality, and safety compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the coil industry

  • Minimum 3+ years sales experience in metal coatings, coil, or coatings industry

  • Knowledge of coil coating process including metal substrates, cleaning, preparation, and application

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in steel, aluminum or heavy industrial production environment

  • CMMS experience

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality finished products and quick response cycle times

  • Develop and maintain a safe work environment compliant with state and federal laws

  • Maintain plant manufacturing programs and continuous improvement efforts

  • Provide technical support for the coil coating industry

  • Create standard operating procedures for running coil coating paint lines

  • Identify and resolve process and product problems for smooth production



Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
