Summary: Seeking a Computer Support Specialist to provide onsite deskside Tier 2 support and manage hardware/software issues ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year or more IT technical experience or recent college grad

  • Experience with hardware/new user setup, break fix for hardware/software

  • Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals

  • Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office, intranet, and internet functions

  • Knowledge of computer security policies

  • Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience (High School or secondary diploma or equivalent)

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite deskside Tier 2 support

  • Image computers, replace printer toner, dispose of outdated assets, resolve trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues

  • Set up laptops for remote workers

  • Participate in weekend On-Call rotation

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
