Production Supervisor
Summary: Seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in supervising shop floor hourly wage employees in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
Job Requirements:
Prior experience supervising shop floor hourly wage employees
Strong leadership and people skills
Comfortable leading hourly employees in a factory environment
Strong MS Office experience, including Excel
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a union environment
4-year degree in any field (preferred but not required with relevant work experience)
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate, schedule, and provide leadership to hourly wage employees on non-routine and self-directed tasks
Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency objectives are met
Monitor individual/group performance and take corrective action including discipline
Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
