Summary: Seeking an Electrical/Automation Engineer to support and improve equipment safety, quality, reliability, efficiencies, and cost in day-to-day plant operations.

Job Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in an industrial environment

  • Experience with controls and automation for major equipment upgrades (capex projects)

  • Proficiency in PLC programming and hardware; VFD, motors, breakers & switchgear

  • Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the metals industry (aluminum, steel mills)

  • Knowledge of equipment maintenance and reliability

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for maintaining and improving equipment safety, quality, reliability, efficiencies, and cost

  • Recommend, plan, and implement equipment upgrades

  • Work with heavy industrial equipment, automation, controls, and utilities

  • Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis

  • Utilize software applications including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD



Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
