Summary: Seeking a General Manager with proven manufacturing management experience to oversee operations, drive profitability, and ensure high standards of efficiency and service delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in manufacturing management

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills

  • Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field; MBA preferred

  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience within a similar industry

  • Analytical mindset for data interpretation and strategic decision-making

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, develop, and empower a skilled team dedicated to manufacturing excellence

  • Generate and present comprehensive reports on manufacturing performance

  • Oversee all facets of manufacturing to ensure efficiency, service delivery, and profitability

  • Drive profitability through effective management of manufacturing operations

  • Focus on on-time delivery for customers and report progress to the management team

  • Oversee all insourcing activities adhering to the insourcing priority list

  • Manage all stocking equipment (e.g., trucks, Cormac products)



Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
