Summary: Seeking a Powertrain Sales Account Manager to drive sales and profit in North America through business plans with network distribution partners.

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field

  • 5+ years of sales/account management experience with an OEM or Distributor

  • Experience with industrial products (mobile equipment, marine, gensets, pumps, compressors, packaging, rental equipment)

  • Customer interface and project management experience

  • Must work on-site (hybrid model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

  • Willing to travel up to 50-75%

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of diesel engines

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans with network distribution partners

  • Achieve yearly sales revenues, volume, profitability, and KPI targets for assigned accounts

  • Manage relationships and be the primary contact for issue resolution

  • Communicate and execute action plans with internal stakeholders to address customer concerns

  • Implement new customer acquisition plans for profitable growth

  • Support new customer acquisition at distributor level through lead validation and ride-alongs

  • Manage CRM entries for all business opportunities and leads

  • Provide product training for distribution partners

  • Oversee demand planning, forecasting, ordering, inventory management & scheduling processes

  • Develop market insights to inform sales tools and go-to-market strategies

  • Partner with marketing department for sales marketing initiatives

  • Attend industry trade shows and events for business development



Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
